Biographical / Historical

James Bracher Grenfell-Hicks served with the Kenya Police in Kismayu and the Northern Frontier Province and as Assistant and Deputy Commissioner of Police.

Related Materials

Grenfell-Hicks's service file, 1920-1940, and his photographs were copied for the Kenya National Archives in 1983 with the kind permission of his wife, Mrs H. Grenfell-Hicks.
