Taken at the close of the reign of Henry III and accession of Edw. I; the date appears to be Nov. 1272, from the Kings Henry and Edward being both mentioned: "domina Regina mater domini Regis E." fol. 276, where also follows, "Edwardus habet nomine custodis de consensu domini H. Regis qui nunc est". It is therefore of earlier date than Kirkby’s Inquest. At fol. 281, "Edmundus comes Cornubiae tenet villam de Bradford," who succeeded to the earldom of Cornwall in 1272.

Apparently made about the year 1500.
