At fol. 267 is fastened a piece of silk, taken from the hood of Ann widow of Sir Thomas Hord, of Cote, Oxon, who was buried at Daylesford, which upon the opening of her grave some forty years afterwards was found perfectly fresh, but changed in colour from white to a reddish brown by the action of the red gravel in the earth.
