In which property at Foardham is left to his grand-daughter Mary, daughter of his son James Temple deceased; and copyholds held of the manor of Lord’s hold in Hackney to the same, to his daughter Mary Leeke, and to his grandsons Henry Staverton and Anthony and James Lambert; copyholds at Ablington in Bibury, Glouc., to his executors; a silver tankard to his daughter Elizabeth, mother of Anthony Lambert; and £5 to the poor of the parishes of Coln St. Aldwyn and Bibury severally.
