Andrewes, dean Raleigh, Erasmus, etc.; with a Latin paraphrase, in verse, of the Lord’s Prayer, by Walter Haddon, and "the Church’s Hymn after the Eucharist" by Dr. Milbourne.

Written in a large and clear hand.
