"Letters concerning books and learning. With divers receipts at the beginning relating to the several offices that Mr. Christopher Wase was concerned in whilst he was beadle", 18th century
The title is that inscribed on the inside of the binding by Hearne, but Wase’s name appears to be written by mistake for Clarke, whom he succeeded as bedel.
