Used by Rawlinson as a memorandum-book during his travels in 1720–5, and filled with notes of prints (including a list of portraits of Prince Charles Edward, his father, his sister, and the Princess Clementina Sobieski), books, medals, intaglios, etc. bought by him, mentioning the ways by which they were forwarded to England, an inventory of clothes and other articles taken with him, account of moneys received through various bankers, and other memoranda.

In verses at the head of each month in praise of George I, the name has been obliterated by Rawlinson wherever it occurs.
