At the end, fol. 190, is an epitaph, in 14 lines, on the earl of Strafford, beginning: "Here lyes wise and valyant dust, / Hudled up twixt fitt and just"; and fol. 190 b, "The Welch prophesy"(11 lines) beginning: "When first of May / Shall fall the day / Low Sunday eve".

Various heads are drawn on the cover and on the first and last leaves.
