That, whereas the Privy Council in Ireland of the usurping Prince of Orange have issued proclamations against K. James’s subjects contrary to the conditions of Limerick, they therefore offer a reward of £200 for the bringing in any one of the said Council dead or alive, but pardon to any one who will surrender.

The following note at the foot has been partly obliterated by ink; "This is a copy of the villanous proclamation mentioned in my last" (?) Then, in Dr. Fitzwilliam’s handwriting, "Rapparees declaration, 94".
