  1. (fol. 317) i. "Casus historicus Nicolai Oudarti, Christophori Mechliniensis ex uxore Barbara Simonis unigeniti"; a rough draft in Oudart's handwriting and signed by him. Desires now to prosecute and appeal against a judgment, involving banishment from Holland, the war which had hitherto hindered proceedings on his part being ended by the peace of Nimeguen (1678). He represents that he had been excluded from a share in some property really on account of his having become a Protestant, but on the alleged ground of illegitimacy.
  2. (fol. 323) ii. A shorter statement of his case, written by another hand.
  3. (fol. 329) iii. Fragments of a rough draft of another outline of the case as stated in fol. 317.

Desires now to prosecute an appeal against a judgment, involving banishment from Holland, the war which had hitherto hindered proceedings on his part being ended by the peace of Nimeguen (1678). He represents that he had been excluded from a share in some property really on account of his having become a Protestant, but on the alleged ground of illegitimacy.
