To attend with four or five substantial men wherever certain games are being played for which license has been given to John Seconton Powlter, a poor man living in the parish of St. Clement Danes, who is licensed to have them upon nine several Sundays, not remaining in any one place above three Sundays.

The games licensed are, shooting with the standard, shooting with the broad arrow, shooting at the twelve score prick, shooting at the Turk, leaping for men, running for men, wrestling, throwing of the sledge and pitching of the bar, "with all suehe other games as have at any tyme heretofore or now be lycensed vsed or played".
