Relative to a suit brought by the tenants of Bloxham against Sir Richard Fienes (lord Say and Sele), temp. Eliz., for an over-rent of £5 appropriated by him, which had been originally given for the maintenance of a morrow-mass priest and lights before St. Peter, and which he is willing to apply to the repair of bridges, relief in payment of fifteens, establishment of a free school or of a hospital or almshouse.
