Of a house and garden in the parish of St. Mary V. in Calais, between the tenement of Ralph Horseley on the east, that in which John Bailluy formerly dwelt on the west, the high street on the north, and the town walls on the south, which the said Reginald had by the gift of Philip Best, alderman of Calais, deceased; paying an annual rent of 2s. 7 1/2d. to the heirs of Will. Forest, deceased; witnessed by William Bolton, mayor, and the aldermen; 23 June, 13 Hen. VII (1498).
Endorsed as being registered "in parvo glauco Registro cartarum magne aule ville Calesie". On parchment; seal lost.
