Attended the funeral of his cousin Rounthwaite yesterday; is going to Watford on a commission from Chancery in a case between lord Essex and his tenants.
"My wife thanks you for the orang (a great raritie out of your own garden), and she is prowd of it, and will show it some bigg-folk at Aldenh[am] who have orang-trees but noe fruit on them".
