The first of three copies of papers, taken from transcripts by George Harbin [MS. Rawl. D. 857, fols. 86-88]; from a copy taken by archbp. Abbot in 1616, who noted on it that he had sent back the original to the King’s papers. Abbot’s copy is now in Harl. MS. 7035, p. 174.
