Headed with the word "Appendix," and endorsed by another hand, "Delivered mee from the archb[isho]p of Canterbury".

The handwriting is very large, and the notes were no doubt made either with reference to the case of Thomas Watson, bishop of St. David’s, in 1696–1700, or to that of Edward Jones, bishop of St. Asaph, in 1700.
