Addressed to "brother Hyat," who had claimed to be an inspired prophet, and had announced a revelation that the Lord would come and be in Dublin, 25 May last, and who had left his calling, taking no care to pay his debts or provide for his own family; 11th of 7th month, 1676.

The letter does not appear to be written by Quakers, as, although dated according to their style, their form of speech is not used, and the letter is addressed to "Mr. Timothy Hyat, to be left with Mr. Terry, in the little New Exchange, in the Strand, London".
