In maintenance of his claim to exemption as an ecclesiastical person from secular services and impositions not expressed in Acts of Parliament; being his case against Will. Armiger and Edw. Green, surveyors of highways, and Miles Fortie, constable, who require him to find labourers, cart and horses to repair the highways, and to pay rates made by the constables of the said parish.

Pancke appears to have been the rector appointed after the Restoration. He is not mentioned in Blomefield’s Hist. of Norfolk.
