Bequeathing to his daughter-in-law Elizabeth, wife of Gabriel marquis Du Quesne, one of his Majesty’s field-officers in the Horse Guards, all his lands, and all real and personal estate, subject to legacies of £100 to his sister Susanna Master, £21 each to his nephews Richard and Thomas Master, clerks, and to his niece Elizabeth Nolme, and £52 10s. to Mr. Thomas Rocke of the Middle Temple.

His body to be privately interred in the same manner as he buried his son, near the grave of his first wife Grace, on the south side of the chancel of St. Forster’s [St. Vedast’s], Forster Lane, Cheapside.
