Before the meeting of the Convention in 1689, recommending that "the commander of the foreign force" should be declared "Custos regni, who shall carry on the government in the King’s right and name".
The last leaf (fol. 75) endorsed with the title of the tract in the handwriting of bishop F. Turner.
