On the titlepage is the following direction for forwarding the MS. to an Irish Dominican friar: "These for Mr. Ambrose fitz Gerald at widdow Landyes house in Bridge streett, Dublin: R. P. fratri Ambrosio Geraldino, ordinis S. Dominici, in conventu fratrum Praedicatorum Hibernorum Sanctae Crucis, Lovanium".
