The baptisms and burials to 1583/4 and 1589 respectively, with one marriage without year, are taken from a copy of an old register made by Anth. Wood in 1667. The entries of births and baptisms in 1652–8, with one marriage, are taken from the register of Jeremy Digbie, the parliamentary registrar.

At fol. 36b are memoranda of inductions of vicars in 1743–8.
