- (fols. 149, 164) i. Two copies, by different hands, of the letter from Edward Coleman to Père La Chaise, dated 29 Sept. 1675, as printed in the account of Coleman's trial in 1678. The second copy is erroneously dated 29 Nov.
- (fol. 157) ii. Notes of the evidence of Titus Oates at the bar of the House of Commons, 23 Oct. 1678.
- (fols. 159b, 161) iii. Coleman's second letter to La Chaise, with the answer of the latter.
- (fols. 161b, 162) iv. Letter signed Charles Anderson, dated Hilton, 5 Feb. 1677/8, and another from E[dw.] P[etre] addressed to Mr. Will. Tunstall at Burton.
- (fol. 162b) v. List of persons impeached by Bedloe before the House of Commons, 18 Nov. 1678.
- (fol. 172) vi. "A diary of what came to the knowledge of Mr. Oates concerning the Plott in 1677 and 1678". This appears to be the original draft of Oates’ Narrative, as taken down at his first depositions before Sir E. Godfrey, with corrections and interlineations in a lawyers hand. It is followed by the "Names of the conspirators” as printed at pp. 60, 61 of the Narrative, with a copy of the attestations as there given at p. 62. There are a few variations in names and their spelling. Of this list of names there is another copy at fol. 282.
- (fols. 193, 195, 196, 196b) vii. "Effect of what Mr. Oates swore before Sir Thomas Stringer, Edmund Windham, [and] Gilbert Prodgers", 24 Oct. 1678, and before the House of Commons, 25 Oct., the House of Lords, 31 Oct., and the Council, 24, 25 Nov.
- (fols. 197, 236) viii. Two copies of Oates' depositions, under 81 articles, as contained in his printed Narrative; with verbal differences from it and from each other. The first copy is said to contain the depositions taken before Sir E. Godfrey, 27 Sept. "being more compleat then his first informacion of which he made oath 6 Sept.".
- (fol. 276) ix. "A breife summary of Mr. Titus Oates his examinacion by the House of Commons, begun 23 Oct. 1678".
- (fols. 279, 280b) x. A breife summary of Mr. Titus Oates his examinacion before several justices of the peace, 24 and 28 Oct.

- Item iv (fols. 161b, 162) is printed in [R. L’Estrange’s] History of the Plot, published by authority, fol. Lond. 1679, pp. 32, 30; but the former letter is under the name of Christopher Anderton, and two or three lines are omitted at the end, and the address is omitted in the latter.
- Item vi (fol. 172) relates to Titus Oates, A true narrative of the horrid plot and conspiracy of the popish party ..., London, 1679.
