The following note is added by Hearne:— "These are Is. Casaubon’s verses upon the death of Prince Henry, transcrib’d by Mr. Barnes from a very bad copy in a scrawling hand amongst Casaubon’s papers in Bibl. Bodl. We found them afterwards printed in the Oxon verses upon that occasion. There is some variety".
