Respecting supply of books published in England for sale in Germany, and for notice in the Acta Eruditorum; of those written in English not more than one or two copies need be sent in future, and none of books of devotion or sermons, or translations from Latin, Greek, or French.

Is most anxious to be informed immediately whether (as seems to be the case from a printed letter of Cas. Oudin’s) his most esteemed friend Dr. Cave is dead; he wrote some months since to him inclosing a letter from Th. Ittigius, but has had no reply.
