The following title is prefixed: "This booke contayneth a trew coppy of the auntyent booke remayning with the King’s audytor of the crowne lande within the county of Cornewall which came to the Crowne by the disolucion of the abbyes, viz. of those parcells of landes and rents which weare geven to severall churches for supersticious uses; and which booke seemeth to be a survey taken by certayne commissioners and by John Greenefelde, surveyor of the county, what the particuler vallues of those landes doe amounte unto. So doth it contayne the vestyments and other ornaments belonging to the churches there at that tyme. This coppy was taken primo Aprilis anno 2º R. Jac. primi. This booke was made in anno Domini 1604, Januarie, Richard Connak, audytor Ducat. Cornub."
