Reminding him of his promise to confer with Mr. Uthred about capt. Neylson's discovery, that, if approved, the world may no longer be deprived of the participation and use of so public and common a benefit; the King's resolution will be much guided by his judgement, which the writer has found to be of especial authority with the King.
