A list of contents is prefixed, from which it appears that several of the entries have been torn out of the volume. Those which remain are as follows:
- (fol. 25b) "A table shewing the sallary of the sea officers at sea, and wages of the seamen and soldiers in the French men of warr, 1703."
- (fol. 28b) "Estimate of the value of a ship of each rate of the royal navy, with stores and provisions for eight months," etc.
- (fol. 29b) "Allowance of ordnance, shott, etc., to his majesty's ships of the several rates, 15 Oct 1695."
- (fol. 32b) "One, two, or four weeks proportion of all species of provisions from a first to a sixth rate, 4 May 1703."
- (fol. 33b) "Establishment of the six marine regiments, 12 May 1704."
