"A common-place book", late 17th century
The book is ruled throughout, and headed with subjects in Latin, beginning with 'Abstinentia' and ending with 'Zelotipia', but most of the leaves are blank, very few of the headings having anything entered under them.
But reversing the volume, there are a few English notes on some of the blank pages relating to European states, written in 1699 and 1700:

- (fol. 12) Switzerland.
