Primum folium habet insignia possessoris gentilitia; in campo caeruleo luna dimidiata argentea inter tres stellas aureas. Hic illic etiam insignia novem aliarum familiarium depicta exstant.
Inter [nomina] sunt quaedam ex nobilioribus; e.g. Elizabetha Bohemiae regina, principes Palatini, quidam ex familia de Rohan.
