Bishop Samuel Parker’s Commentarius de rebus sui temporis, 18th century
Being the transcript used by the printer for the edition published in 1726.
Fourteen leaves are wanting at the beginning, and several at the end.
Various passages have been struck out, but most have been subsequently restored, marked by red ink lines; a few which were finally omitted relate chiefly to the earl of Shaftesbury, against whom they violently inveigh.
