Draft of a proposed Act of Parliament for annulling the proceedings against archbp. Laud, 1644 or 1645
On a fly-leaf Dr. Rawlinson has written the following note : "This is a draught of a bill designed to repeal that unrighteous sentence executed on archbp. Laud on 10 Jan. 1644 [O.S.], but how it came not to pass into a bill I cannot find. It is well penned, tho more with the air of a divine than a lawyer. R + R".
