Volume iii of six volumes of collections relative to French affairs from 1694 to 1702, written in the form of a consecutive chronicle; containing extracts of news from journals, and copies of political verses, satires, etc., and of political pamphlets, 1698-1700
MSS. Rawl. D. 573-578 are written by one hand; uniformly bound in French calf, and lettered, in vols. i—iii, "Recueil de plusieur[s] pieces," in vol. iv, "Recueil de pieces," and in v, vi, "Recueil de divers pieces." Formerly marked in some English bookseller’s catalogue (Osborne’s?) "6 vol. £ 5 5s."

Many entries in MSS. Rawl. D. 575-578 are cited from a journal called "Lardon," and some from the "Journal Historique".
