At the end of the volume, reversed, is a transcript, on three leaves, of a diary from 27 March, 1633, to 18 Nov., 1635, noting proceedings at Court, duels, punishments in the Star-Chamber, etc. It begins, "I writt to my brother Methold, President of the East Indies, unto the Downes, 27 March, 1633, of the committment of Mr. Maurice Drummond."

This MS. does not contain the proceedings at the treaty at Newport, in 1648; but the papers in MS. Rawl. D. 392, pp. 350, 351, 352, 354 and 356 are added which are not in the printed book.
