The Religio Medici of Sir Tho. Browne, 17th century
A note by Dr. Philip Bliss is prefixed which records the results of a collation made by himself and Mr. R. F. Laurence (sub-libr. of the Bodl.) of this MS. with one in the possession of Mr. Wilkin of Norwich, in Aug. 1824. It proved that this is but an indifferent transcript from some MS. similar to that from which the first and spurious edition was printed: words and lines which the transcriber could not read are omitted, but four or five preferable readings are found.
