She lived after her marriage in 1647 first in Holland, and then at Wallington, Addington, and Cheam in Surrey. Mention is made of two other brothers, Ellis and Tobias Crisp, of two sisters, — Marlow and — Crisp of Wimbledon, and of a sister-in-law of the writer, Margaret Pheasant.

The MS. is apparently an unfinished and often incorrectly written transcript, ending with the words, "Before I conclude, shall only make a few observations, and by way of emprovement finish the discourse."
