A diary of every day’s journey from Sept. 7, 1660, the day of quitting Paris, to 12 Apr. 1663, the day of arrival at London, kept by Robert Moody, who dedicates it to his master Banister Maynard. The countries traversed are France, Savoy, Piedmont, Italy, Hungary, Bohemia, Germany, Holland and the Spanish Netherlands. The tutor was one Mr. Henchman. At Paris, when returning from the tour, in Apr. 1662, the party was joined by lord Maynard’s second son, William.
