Transcript (made for Dr. Rawlinson) from Wood MS. D. 9., of Notes, Corrections and Additions, for Wood's Historia et Antiquitates Univ. Oxon., communicated to Wood by Will. Fulman, of Corpus Christi College, together with copies of the letters which accompanied them, between 1674 and 1678, and several additional letters up to 1685, and an index of names, 18th century
At pp. 108, 114, 117, are copies of two short Latin pieces written in 1621 by R. Randes, viz., an address "Ad Hispaniam," against the Spanish marriage, and a "Palinodia" or recantation, on account of the offence he had given to the King by the former; and at p. 109 Bishop Earle's poem "Hortus Mertonensis."
