On a fly-leaf is a certificate signed by the Churchwardens and others of Okely, that on 23 Jun 1661, Edward Voyse, rector, read the Articles during Divine Service, and expressed his consent. There is also a list of the times (generally twice a year) when the Articles were read in Okely Church from 1672 to 1688.
