Correspondence concerning 'Hope and Optimism', by the Namibian artist John Muafangejo, which was commissioned by the Namibia Support Committee (NSC) in 1984. Includes two letters from the artist and correspondence with Orde Levinson (owner of the copyright on Muafangejo's work) as to the NSC's right to use the image on their merchandise, 1990-1991. Also contains press cuttings and leaflets about Muafangejo exhibitions.
