Contains papers and minutes for monthly and quarterly meetings. The monthly meetings were regular policy-making meetings, which were attended by the Namibia Support Committee (NSC)'s officers, the London office staff, and representatives of the NSC's various sub-groups. A national policy-making body was introduced in 1986, which met at Quarterly Meetings. In Aug 1987, the NSC meetings were replaced by meetings of the Steering Committee.

The quarterly meetings took place in various locations around the UK, with the aim of raising the NSC's campaigning and profile to a national level. Local Namibia Support Groups were encouraged to provide a venue for these meetings and to send representatives to them.
