'Pathfinders', 1925-1937

11 leaves and three items. In 1925, Livie-Noble was appointed District Pathfinder Master, Pretoria District, and later became a Member of the Pathfinder Council. An article by him (apparently cut from a Kensington church magazine) gives an account of the Movement: 'a translation of Scouting principles into Native life and surroundings'. The papers include:
- correspondence between Livie-Noble and Lord Powell
- letters from Livie-Noble to Rheinallt Jones, John Fletcher, and General Smuts, about 'the refusal of S.A. Authorities to allow Pathfinders to travel to Europe for International Jamboree.
