Contains eight folders:

1. "Economic Development in Kenya", 1936-1972 - Transcripts of extracts of speeches and lectures by Ernest A. Vasey concerning matters of fiscal policy and economic development in Kenya. Most date from 1953-1956 and there is a handwritten handlist detailing these in the folder. A few additional items are included: an undated typescript for an article on Kenya; "Five Ripples in the Pool - Community Service and the Individual" given by Vasey in Shrewsbury, 1936; "Some Aspects and Impacts of Management" a lecture given by Vasey, 1972 and two photocopies of newspaper cuttings.

2. "Kenya Budgets", 1953-1960 - Published Kenya budgets presented by Ernest A. Vasey: 1953; 1954-55; 1956-1957; 1957-58; 1958-59; 1959-60. Also "Kenya: Growing Dependence on Tax Revenue - 1946-1953"

3. "Correspondence", 1954 - Primarily regarding finance policy and income tax. Correspondents include: Julian Amery; Michael Blundell; H. Duncan Hall; F.S. Joelson; Colin Legum, The Observer; Alan T.
