  3. Letter from Vasey to Kahama, Minister for Commerce and Industry, enclosing a report entitled "On the 'Investment Atmosphere' in and of Tanganyika" (24 pages), with 10 additional pages of appendices comprising newspaper extracts and an extract from a speech by Vasey, 10 Aug 1962
  4. "The Report of the Economic and Fiscal Commission", Apr 1961 - 2 documents, one which is a "Brief for H.E. The Governor" and one which is a draft "Memorandum by the Finance Minister for Finance"
