- "Cabinet Paper No. 66 of 1962 - Reorganisation of Development Planning, Memorandum by the Prime Minister", prosing to create a Director of Planning and associated offices, 10 Mar 1962
- "Re-organisation of Development Planning in Tanganyika" - superficially similar to the document above, n.d.
- Pink Folder stamped "Top Secret" which contains: 1. "Minute to Mr P. Bomani" providing a record of a stay in London and [Vasey's] efforts on behalf of Tanganyika, n.d.; 2. 3 notes also stamped "Top Secret" commenting on "the Budget situation in 1962", 14-21 May 1962.
- "Extract from minutes of a special meeting of the Ministerial Finance Committee with members of the Ministerial Communications Committee held at Nairobi on May 24, 1962 showing significant input from Vasey
