  1. Letter from Vasey to Baring, including an explanatory cover note added later by Vasey, 17 Mar 1959
  2. "Memorandum for the Commission Appointed to Review Economic and Fiscal Cooperation in East Africa"; plus figures of "Imports into Uganda"; a letter from Evelyn Baring, Governor, to Alan Lennox-Boyd, Secretary of State for the Colonies, dated 17 Jul 1959; and an additional memorandum
