  3. "Proposed Method of Control over Tanganyika Finances" with attached slip from Government House, 28 Mar [1961]
  4. Letter from C.I. Meek to Vasey forwarding circulars and schedules (not present) on the subject of Africanisation, 7 Apr 1961
