(fols. 1-11) Sharp's review for the Nigerian Daily Times of My Two African Journeys by Frank Gray. Newspaper cuttings of extracts from that book. Notes in Sharp's hand on these, dated 7 Dec 1941, give details of his acquaintanceship with Gray, 23 Jun 1928
(fols. 12-53) Sharp's correspondence about the newspaper articles on Captain Spencer Pryse and the Empire Marketing Board. Pryse was commissioned by the board to visit Nigeria and paint pictures of Nigerian trade, industries, and people. Sharp acted as his unofficial press agent, Oct 1927.
