The opening of the Bazaar for the Scotch Hospice, Coronation Parade, and King's Birthday Garden Party, the arrival of Sir Harold MacMichael (High Commissioner, 1938-1944) and the Palestine Partition Commission of 1938 (T. Reid). There is a posed and signed photograph of General Sir Arthur Wauchope (High Commissioner, 1931-1938) in 1938.
