This section overlaps with the previous one (particularly with respect to 419-420) and, to a limited extent, with the 'Visits' section. The series is incomplete. For 1951, the file is based upon Liaison Office UA series files. From 1952 to 1956, running files (originally Liaison Office UA4504/l, then Fed5009/2 and Minister of Transport 75) are represented by 421/2-423/4. From 1959 onward, the chronology is that of the date of the function. The material for 1962-1963 is arranged from box files.
